SPECIFIC ISSUE OF "N" ORDINARY SHARES FOR CASH IN SABVEST LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities
Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 6 December 2010 and the circular posted to
shareholders on 7 December 2010 regarding the specific issue of 500 000 new
Sabvest "N" ordinary shares ("the "N" ordinary shares") for cash, from its
authorised but unissued ordinary "N" share capital, to Carl Philip Coutts-
Trotter, a director of the Company, at a subscription price of R5,20 cents per
"N" ordinary share, (being the full volume weighted average price of an "N"
ordinary share for the 30 business days prior to the date on which the agreement
was signed, being 9 November 2010, ("the specific issue").
In this regard, shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held today,
Wednesday 22 December 2010, the ordinary resolutions proposed at the meeting to
implement the specific issue were unanimously approved.
