At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Sabvest Limited held today,
28 April 2011, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting
were approved unanimously.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
