REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Sabvest held today, 14 May 2014, the nine
ordinary and three special resolutions proposed at the meeting were all unanimously approved.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
