APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES PETTIT TO SABVEST BOARD
The Board is pleased to advise shareholders that Charles Pettit (36), B.Com (Hons), CFA will be
appointed as an executive director of the Company effective 1 September 2017.
Charles was the founder and former CEO of Torre Industries Limited and is the founder and CEO of
Stellar Capital Partners Limited which post he will relinquish on 31 August 2017. Charles previously
worked with Close Brothers in London and subsequently formed his own corporate finance boutique
advisory business with AfrAsia bank which he subsequently sold to them.
In addition to his executive functions for Sabvest, Charles will be directly responsible for running a
new JV investment and corporate finance company owned jointly by Sabvest and Charles and
through which selected new investments will be made.
