immediate effect. She will also join the Audit and Risk Committee and the Social and Ethics
Committee.
Ms Mthimunye-Bakoro is currently Managing Director of Petroleum Investment Partners (Pty) Ltd
and a non-executive director of Pioneer Food Group Ltd, Torre Industries Ltd, Metrofile Holdings
Ltd, Cell-C Ltd and Open Society Foundation SA.
Her past directorships include Woolworths Holdings Ltd, Group Five Ltd, Sea Harvest Group Ltd,
Saatchi & Saatchi SA Ltd and Petro SA Ltd (CFO).
