AMENDED NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
SECTION 3.83(B) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
We refer to the SENS announcement dated 20 August 2018.
After the disposal of shares referred to, the beneficial interest held by Valderoma Investment SA
(“Valderoma”) amounts to 12,0% of the total number of N ordinary shares in issue.
Sabvest hereby confirms that it has received the amended notices in terms of section 122(3)(a)
of the Act, and that it has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
