POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
1. Posting of circular
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 10 September 2018.
Using the terms defined therein, Sabvest shareholders are advised that the Circular to
Shareholders containing the details of the Specific Repurchase and the Treasury Share
Repurchase, and incorporating a notice of the General Meeting and form of proxy, has been
posted today, 28 September 2018.
Shareholders are further advised that the Circular is available on the Company’s website:

2. Notice of the General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 11:30 on
Monday, 29 October 2018 at Ground floor, Commerce Square, Building 4, 39 Rivonia Road,
Sandhurst, Sandton to consider the resolutions as contained in the notice to the General
Meeting which forms part of the Circular.
The salient dates and times relating to the General Meeting are set out below:

Record date to determine which Shareholders are entitled to receive Friday, 21 September
the Circular:
Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend and vote at the Tuesday, 16 October
General Meeting:
Record date to be eligible to attend and vote at the General Meeting: Friday, 19 October
Last day to lodge forms of proxy for the General Meeting by 11:30 * Thursday, 25 October
on:
General Meeting to be held at 11:30 on: Monday, 29 October
Results of General Meeting released on SENS on: Monday, 29 October
* any proxies not lodged by this time must be handed to the chairperson of the General Meeting
immediately prior to the General Meeting.
