CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF ESKOM
Debtholders are advised that Ms Nelisiwe Magubane, a non-executive director, has,
following acceptance by Minister Pravin Gordhan at the Eskom annual general meeting held
on 31 August 2021, resigned from the Eskom Board of Directors with effect from 31 August
2021. In her resignation letter, Ms Magubane indicated that she will be pursuing other
interests.
