The Board hereby notifies shareholders that Salim Young (“Salim”) has resigned as a non-executive
Director of the Company with effect from 1 September 2021. Salim has served on the Board of the
Company and various committees since its listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 2017. The
Board takes this opportunity to thank Salim for his service and wishes him well in his retirement.
