PASSING OF CHAIRMAN
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Arrowhead board member and independent non-
executive Chairman, Mr. Matthew Nell.
Matthew was appointed as an independent non-executive director at the time of old Arrowhead’s listing in
2011, and as independent non-executive Chairman in 2015, a role which he continued following the merger
with Arrowhead.
Matthew dedicated a tremendous amount of time, care and commitment to Arrowhead and Arrowhead
benefited enormously from his strategic acumen and attention to detail. Matthew’s approach was steady and
focussed, a strength which helped the Group traverse the current turbulent and uncertain times.
Matthew helped shape Arrowhead into the Company it is today, and his commitment and passion will be
sorely missed by all those who knew him.
