FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF VESTING OF SHARES AWARDED TO
DIRECTORS OF HULAMIN AND DIRECTORS OF MAJOR SUBSIDIARIES IN TERMS OF THE
EQUITY-SETTLED CONDITIONAL SHARE PLAN AND SUBSEQUENT SALE OF SHARES BY A
DIRECTOR OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by the Company on SENS on 3 September
2021 wherein they were advised that certain awards granted by Hulamin in terms of its Equity-Settled
Conditional Share Plan (“Share Plan”) had vested and were delivered to the named participants.
Shareholders are further advised that:
- the date of delivery of the Bonus Shares and/or Retention Shares to each of the recipients was
1 September 2021; and
- the date of the on-market disposal of the Bonus Shares and Retention Shares by MA Janneker
(a Director of a major subsidiary, Hulamin Operations Proprietary Limited) was 1 September
2021.
