Appointment of director
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Khomotso Maelane has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director and member on the Audit and Risk committee with effect from 6
September 2021.
Khomotso is a Chemical Engineer who holds a Master of Engineering and has worked in
various industries including the Petrochemical and the Banking industry. She currently
works at the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa where is she is involved
in business plan evaluations, conducting due diligence, deal structuring, risk identification and
mitigation.
The Board of Directors welcomes Khomotso and looks forward to her contribution to the
Company.
