Change of Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms. Lize Dubery has resigned as Invicta’s company secretary with effect from 7 September 2021. The
board of Invicta will commence the process of identifying a suitable replacement candidate and
shareholders will be advised as soon as such an appointment has been made.
The board would like to thank Ms. Dubery for her contribution to the Company and wishes her
everything of the best for the future.
Shareholders are advised further that Acorim Proprietary Limited (“Acorim”) has been appointed as
Invicta’s acting company secretary until such time that a permanent appointment is made. Acorim is an
independent company secretarial and corporate governance advisory service provider.
