RETIREMENT OF AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr. Iain Bruce Hume will be taking early
retirement from his position as Executive Financial Director of Clientele
Limited with effect from 31 December 2022.
The Board extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Iain for his
passion, dedication, and commitment to the Clientele Group over the last 20
years.
The Group has put in place effective succession arrangements at executive
level, and will arrange a suitable handover with Iain.
