NOTIFICATION OF THE CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS
Pursuant to paragraph 6.28 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised
that PricewaterhouseCoopers will be recommended as the Issuer’s external auditors for the financial
year ending 31 March 2022, subject to shareholders’ approval of the appointment at the Annual
General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Issuer, to be held on 22 September 2021.
The appointment of the Issuer’s current external auditors, Deloitte & Touche, will be terminated with
effect from the date of the AGM, subject to shareholders’ approval of the nominated audit firm. The
reason for the change in the audit firm is due to the adoption of the mandatory rotation of audit firms.
A further announcement will be released regarding the effective date of the appointment, once
shareholders’ approval has been obtained.
