CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Quantum Foods shareholders are
hereby advised that Mr Geoffrey George Fortuin, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been
appointed as the lead independent director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Mr Fortuin has served as an independent non-executive director of the Company since 2015 and is the chairman of
the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee.
