STATUTORY AUDITOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.75(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of
New Frontier hereby notifies its shareholders that BDO & Co Ltd, Mauritius have tendered their
resignation as statutory auditors to the company with immediate effect.
New Frontier holds primary listings on the Official Market of the SEM and the Alternative Exchange
of the JSE.
