CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that following passing of the Chairman of the Arrowhead board of directors
(“Board”) Mr. Matthew Nell, Mr. Greg Kinross (“Greg”) has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board
with effect from 10 September 2021.
The following additional Board Committee changes were made with effect from 10 September 2021:
- Greg resigned as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee;
- Mr. Arnold Basserabie was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee;
- Greg was appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and
- Greg was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
