The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 800 000 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities, at an
issue price of R7.4035 per security, with effect from commencement of business on Thursday, 16
September 2021. Subsequent to this listing, there will be 78 252 103 Ashburton MidCap ETF securities in
issue.
