an associate of directors of the Company:

Associate: Landswyd Beleggings (Pty) Ltd (registration
number: 1985/002839/07), a company of which GR
de V Tromp is a director, which company is jointly
owned by i) Saffier Trust (registration number:
T93/97), a trust of which GR de V Tromp is a trustee
and a beneficiary and PJ de W Tromp is a
beneficiary but not a trustee; and ii) Nico Tromp
Trust (registration number: T980/89), a trust of which
GR de V Tromp and PJ de W Tromp are
beneficiaries but not trustees
