Subsequent to the voluntary announcement dated 10 September 2021, Bidvest successfully priced an inaugural
US$-denominated Reg S / 144A senior unsecured five-year bond of USD800mn at a coupon of 3.625%. The
Notes, to be issued by The Bidvest Group (UK) Plc, are guaranteed by Bidvest.
