RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Shareholders are referred to previous announcements relating to the agreements Fairvest has concluded to acquire B
ordinary shares in Arrowhead Properties Limited (“Arrowhead”) in exchange for Fairvest shares (the “transaction”)
and to the cautionary announcements relating to engagements between Fairvest and Arrowhead on a single-step merger
(the last of which was published on 2 August 2021 and 9 September 2021 respectively).
Fairvest continues to engage with Arrowhead on a single-step merger as an alternative to the implementation of the
transaction and shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in their dealings in Fairvest shares until a further
announcement is made.
