RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors
of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that, in light of the retrenchment of Adam Marcus by
New Star Asset Management Proprietary Limited, prior to the internalisation of Fairvest’s asset
management function, Adam has resigned as an alternate director to Darren Wilder and as a member
of the Company’s social and ethics, and investment committees with effect from 1 October 2021, from
which date he will also cease in his role as chief operating officer.
The Board would like to thank Adam for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
