Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Acsion (“the Board”) has begun the process of
evaluating the potential conversion of the Company to a Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”).
Should the Board resolve to proceed with, and successfully conclude, the conversion of Acsion to a REIT,
this may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
