CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Bauba (“the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Thabile Makgala has resigned as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 1 October 2021.
The Board thanks Thabile for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
