Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report
and B-BBEE certificate in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act have been published and is
available on the Company’s website at https://www.kap.co.za/sustainability/b-bbee/.
Shareholders are advised of the improved B-BBEE contributor status from a level 6 to a
level 5.
