VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – UPDATE ON DATE OF DISTRIBUTION OF THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are referred to the Reviewed Preliminary Condensed Consolidated Results for the year
ended 30 June 2021 released on SENS on 1 September 2021, wherein it was advised that the integrated
annual report (“IAR”) of the Company would be distributed to shareholders on or about Wednesday,
29 September 2021.
Shareholders are hereby further advised that the distribution of the IAR has been delayed and will instead
be distributed by no later than Friday, 29 October 2021.
