UPDATE ON ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Denel advises that in terms of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999, a state-owned entity with
a year-end of March, is required to submit its annual financial statements to the Parliament of South
Africa by 30 September 2021 prior to public release.
In this regard, noteholders are informed that Denel will not table its annual financial statements to
the Parliament of South Africa within the required period and Denel will keep noteholders updated
as to the process of the public release of its annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2021.
