UPDATE ON ATTACQ / EQUITES TRANSACTION RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL PRO PERTIES IN WATERFALL
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcement in this regard as released on SENS on 6 July 2021 and are
advised that all conditions precedent have been fulfilled.
The transaction is now unconditional and transfer is expected to take place in the next five weeks, following
the conclusion of the registration process.
