CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Pembury (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Jaco Labuschagne has resigned as
an executive director and Financial Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2021.
The Board thanks Jaco for his invaluable contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
Shareholders will be notified by way of a further announcement once a suitable replacement has been
appointed.
