Notification of death of a director
It is with great sadness that the Transsec 5 board of directors (the “Board”) informs you of the
untimely passing of Alex Otto in a motor accident.
Alex was appointed to the Board in November 2020 as an executive director, bringing a wealth of
experience and knowledge to the company. His moral compass, commitment and clarity of thought
became entrenched into the business and his contributions will always be valued.
The Board extends its deepest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues during this difficult
time.
