In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of
the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Audrey Mamoshoeshoe Mothupi, has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 5 October 2021.
The Board would like to thank Audrey for her valuable contribution to the Company over the years and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
