APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the SENS announcement released on 5 August 2021 and in accordance with
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Wesizwe shareholders are advised that
Azeyech Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd (“Azeyech”) has been appointed as the Company
Secretary with effect from 1 October 2021.
The Azeyech team has extensive experience in company secretariat, compliance and
governance having provided company secretariat services to listed and unlisted organisations.
The Board is of the view that Azeyech has the necessary competence and experience to fulfil
the role.
