FURTHER CLARIFICATION ON LIQUIDATION BID
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 8 June 2021 relating to an
application by SAAB Grintek Defence for the liquidation of the Company.
In this regard, noteholders are advised that the matter has been removed from the unopposed motion
roll where it had been enrolled for hearing on 11 October 2021. This is as a result of both parties
having reached an out of court settlement.
