VOLUNTARY SENS ANNOUNCEMENT
Growthpoint shareholders are referred to the announcements published by C&R today in which the
company advised its shareholders that it has reached agreement with lenders to restructure and
reduce the debt secured over it’s four Mall Assets (the “Mall Facility”) (the “Mall Debt Restructuring”),
including the launch of a fully underwritten open offer to raise £30.0 million (the “Open Offer”).
Growthpoint shareholders are advised that Growthpoint has underwritten the £30.0 million Open
Offer at an issue price of 56 pence per share and will fund it’s commitment by utilising existing debt
facilities.
