CHANGE TO THE BOARD - CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Nutritional Holdings (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following changes to the Board, with
effect from 14 October 2021.
- Ms Helena Dorothea Grewar’s role has changed from that of an executive director to a non-executive
director.
- Mr Basil Mashabane, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the Lead
Independent Director of the Company.
