RESIGNATION OF DEBT OFFICER
In compliance with the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and further to the announcement
released on SENS on 11 October 2021 regarding the resignation of Umgeni Water’s Acting Chief
Executive, Mrs Nomalungelo Mkhize, debtholders are advised that Mrs Mkhize has also resigned from
her position as debt officer of Umgeni Water with effect from 8 October 2021.
A further announcement will be released once the appointment of a new debt officer has been concluded.
