RESIGNATION OF THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
The board of directors of SA Corporate (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that
Mr Otis Tshabalala has tendered his resignation as the Chief Operating Officer of the
Company to pursue a new career opportunity in the property sector.
The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Otis for his service to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has the fullest confidence in the current executive leadership’s ability to execute
on the SA Corporate Group’s strategy and will, in due course, proceed with the recruitment
of a Chief Operating Officer in accordance with the SA Corporate Group’s executive
leadership succession plan.
