RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 10 March 2021 and the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 30 August 2021, relating to
the Non-Binding Expression of Interest received from IA Bell in respect of a possible transaction to acquire
the entire issued ordinary share capital of Bell not already held (or to be acquired) by IA Bell. Terms defined
in the said announcements bear the same meaning where used in this announcement.
Shareholders are advised that the process is still ongoing which, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the Company’s securities, and accordingly shareholders should continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
