NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements (the
“Requirements”), the board of directors (“Board”) of the Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that the
chairman of the Board, Mr. Andrew Kirby, no longer acts in this position with effect from 22
September 2021 (the “effective date”), and Mr. Chris de Kock has been appointed as chairman of the
Board from the effective date, as a result of the rotation of the position of board chair.
