ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DETAILS
MC Mining Limited (the Company) will be holding its Annual General Meeting of shareholders at 10am
(London time) on Tuesday 14 December 2021 (Meeting).
Pursuant to the Company’s Constitution, and as is normal practice, a number of Directors will be
nominated for re-election to the Board. In addition, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3,
nominations from shareholders for new appointments, if any, must be received at the Company’s
registered office by 10:00am (London time) on 26 October 2021, being at least 35 business days before
the date of the Meeting.
