Market Update
As previously communicated to shareholders, the Company has commenced a process regarding the potential
disposal of its business segment known as “Ascendis Pharma” (“the Ascendis Pharma Disposal
Process”). Shareholders are further advised that the Company has received a number of unsolicited, non-binding
and highly conditional proposals (“the Proposals”) for potential transactions of various descriptions. The board of
directors of Ascendis Health will evaluate the Proposals as it is obliged to do in terms of its fiduciary duties to the
Company and its stated objective of unlocking maximum value for Shareholders. Shareholders will be updated
should there be any further developments.
