In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, it is with great
pleasure that the board of directors of the company (“the Board”) wishes to advise
shareholders that Mr Reginald Koketso Kukama (“Mr Kukama”) has been appointed as a non-
executive director to the Board with effect from 19 October 2021.
Mr Kukama has also been appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Nominations
Committee and as a member of the Transaction Committee with effect from 19 October 2021.
The Board trusts that Mr Kukama will add great value to Balwin given his skills and expertise and
looks forward to his contribution.
