Full Capital Redemption – NEDT1B
In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of
Nedbank Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated notes in
terms of its Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme – “NEDT1B” under
sections D3 and D5 (‘Issuer Early Redemption Election’) of the
Pricing Supplement dated 23 November 2016, investors are
herewith advised of the full capital redemption of NEDT1B
effective 26 November 2021.
In accordance with the terms and conditions, the Registrar of
Banks (Relevant Authority) has granted written approval of
the Issuer Early Redemption Election of the NEDT1B Notes
exercised by Nedbank.
