APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM DEBT OFFICER
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 15 October 2021 regarding the resignation of Umgeni
Water’s Debt Officer and in compliance with paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listing
Requirements, the board of Umgeni Water (the “Board”) hereby confirms that Ms Kajal Singh has been
appointed as interim Debt Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the newly appointed interim Debt Officer.
