DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL SHAREHOLDING
In compliance with section 121(1) and (3)(b) of the Companies Act, No.71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”)
and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that RBPlat has
received notification to the effect that the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited on behalf of its
clients, has acquired shares in RBPlat such that it now holds 15.023% of the ordinary share capital of the
Company.
As required in terms of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
