Further to the Company’s interim results referencing an unsolicited expression of interest relating to
the acquisition of all of the issued shares in the Company (“the Proposed Transaction”), Long4Life
shareholders are advised that discussions in relation to the Proposed Transaction are progressing.
The Proposed Transaction may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s shares.
Long4Life shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
shares until a further announcement in this regard is made.
