CORRECTION TO DEALINGS IN SECURITIES ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 25 October 2021 in relation to the dealings in securities by
directors and an associate of a director of Equites in terms of the dividend reinvestment alternative for the six months ended
31 August 2021. Shareholders are advised that the disclosure for Doug Murray’s dealing in shares incorrectly reflected a direct
beneficial interest in shares, whereas Doug’s interest in Equites shares is in fact an indirect beneficial interest held through the
Krisalex Trust, of which Doug is a trustee and beneficiary. All other information contained in the dealings announcement remains
unchanged.
