CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are hereby informed that Dries Ferreira, the current financial director of the company has given
notice to the board of directors (the “board”) of his intention to resign from the board on 10 January 2022,
in order to pursue other interests.
Dries has been the financial director of Newpark since September 2016 and the board takes this opportunity
to thank him for his invaluable contribution over this time
The board will be appointing a new financial director in due course.
