notified shareholders of the annual general meeting of the Company to be held at 14:00 on
Thursday, 18 November 2021 at the Protea Hotel, Techno Avenue, Technopark in
Stellenbosch, and further advised shareholders of the imminent availability of the Company’s
annual integrated report and the corporate governance report.
